There are plenty of beauty apps on the market but there is nothing like WOW HOW, and certainly no beauty apps for the over 40’s. Derived from a personal need (hitting a milestone age of 5-0) I wanted to create an app that understands it’s users and helps them feel better about themselves.
We all have times in our lives when our personal circumstances change: divorce/separation, children fly the nest, loss of a loved one, change of direction/career or even our health. During this time our self-esteem can become low and therefore I created WOW HOW to help. By changing your makeup habits, WOW HOW gives you the confidence to try something new without feeling embarrassed. You can experiment with new colours and techniques in the privacy of your own home and at a time that’s convenient to you – and best of all, you don’t have to spend a single penny on products that you’re sometimes pressured to buy at the end of beauty counter appointments! After trying out the methods, then when you are comfortable with your new look you can use our colour pallet as a reference to make any external purchase you may want. No more buying unwanted products that remain in your makeup bag unused – I know we’ve all got a few of those!
WOW HOW will appeal to the over 40’s because it’s simple to use with no fuss or faff. It’s been designed by makeup experts and the customised tutorials have a unqiue split screen technology which allows you to mimic the step-by-step instructions yourself in real time. So whether you are a novice or experienced makeup user then WOW HOW helps you learn.
