Beauty News: John Lewis Virtual Beauty Weekend

The current pandemic has required us to adapt almost all aspects of our life and the way we buy beauty has been no exception. More cosmetics are being bought online than ever before but for many of us, this means we are struggling to find the right colours for our skin-tone and learn the techniques to apply the products. Beauty stores on the high-street have always been a great place to learn about new trends and how to use the products we are buying, so with the counters closed, we have been left trying to find the relevant advice online. Today’s beauty news is highlighting a virtual beauty weekend being hosted by department store John Lewis. For four days (Thursday 30th July to Sunday 2nd August), there are back to back workshops with premium beauty brands and influencers including Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Sunday Riley and Laura Mercier. Whether you’re interested in learning about super effective skin care or how to create a sun-kissed skin look, this virtual weekend has got it all covered from the comfort of your own home.

Whilst tickets to events cost £20, £15 of this is then redeemable against the brand hosting the event plus you’ll even get access to a whole range of other beauty benefits! We are loving the sound of the event weekend and can’t wait to join in.
